Let's Try Keto!

I have decided to jump on the Keto train! I'm still quite new to it but I thought I should give it a go.
After researching a bit about it I decided to start out with some breakfast recipes. 

This was one of my favourite!! 

Salmon, soft eggs and asparagus, yummy!

Another good Keto friendly breakfast was this one below:

Eggs, bacon and asparagus!

Also with the keto diet you cannot drink fruit juices so I opted for lemon and lime water.



Its even better with some mint added to it! (mojito style) as you can see in the picture below. I also enjoyed eating this spinach, bacon, mushroom, cheesy scrambled egg too!
